It's funny how days like today remind me of you. The weather is beautiful, the sun is shining: it's a flip flop and sunglasses kind of day. Happy-that's how it feels. Anyway, this afternoon I got in the car, put the windows down, and rocked out - I mean sang at the top of my lungs, not caring who could see me, kind of 'rocked out' on my way to a friend's house. I felt joy all the way through me but I missed you so much. How many times have we done that? I smiled the whole time I sang thinking how we normally crack ourselves up. It just reminded me of summer in WI with my sister-feeling totally young and alive. I miss you so much. And I miss watching Ava grow so please do send the pictures.
And...we're working on the motherhood thing. ;)
